How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $500 for standard apartments and $2,000 for penthouse apartments.
What are the application fees?
The application fee is $50 per applicant. There is also a one-time administrative fee of $150 that is paid at move-in.
What utilities are residents responsible for?
Our community has a flat rate billing system in addition to monthly rent for water, sewer, trash/recycling, gas, and Internet/TV services through Xfinity. Monthly pricing varies between $99 per month and up to $199 per month based on unit type. You are also responsible for your electric through Xcel Energy, this will be a separate bill directly from them. Contact us for more details.
Is parking available on-site?
Our parking availability allows for 1 parking stall on site maximum per apartment home. Our garage is tempered- controlled and has secure access with a garage fob for each parking space. Our current rates for parking are $175 per month for single stalls, we also have a waiting list for limited tandem parking stalls at $250 per month. If you need additional parking, there are multiple nearby public parking ramps that allow for monthly contract parking. Contact us for more details.
What is your guest parking options?
We are pleased to offer 13 dedicated complimentary guest parking spaces on our main level. Please ensure that your guests sign-in with their vehicle information at the Concierge desk. We allow up to 7 days per month for a household to utilize guest parking. Residents are not authorized to utilize guest parking at any time.
Are there on-site storage options?
Yes! We have a select number of storage cages all the same size of 4’ x 5’ x 7’ 6”. Each storage cage rents for $50 per month and is available on a month-to-month basis.
Do you allow pets?
Residents are allowed up to 3 pets per apartment and allow both cats and dogs. We do not have breed restrictions or weight limits, though some breeds do require an on-site management pet interview for approval. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee per apartment of $500 due at move-in or when you bring a new family member home, and we do not charge monthly pet rent! Contact us for more details. What is your smoking policy?
240 Park Avenue is a 100% smoke-free community including cigarettes, vapes, or any other form of smoking. We do not allow smoking in the community spaces, private apartment residences, on apartment balconies, or anywhere within 10 feet of any building entrance.

We typically offer lease terms between 12-24 months. Contact our leasing team for more details.
