Is there on-site parking?
240 Park Avenue offers a controlled access tempered parking garage. Parking cost is $175/month per stall. 240 Park Avenue limits parking to one stall per luxury apartment, or two stalls per Penthouse apartment based on availability.
What is included in my monthly rent?
Monthly rent includes access to your apartment, the building amenities and services. Additional costs may include utilities, pet fees, parking, storage, etc.
What utilities are included? What am I responsible for?
Utilities are bundled into a flat monthly fee based on floorplan type and billed to your rent account with 240 Park Avenue. This includes water, sewer, trash/recycling, gas, TV and internet services:
1 Bedroom or 1 Bedroom + Den: $99/month
2 Bedroom or 2 Bedroom + Den: $149/month
3 Bedroom or any Penthouse: $199/month
Electric is individually metered and billed to you monthly based on actual usage from Xcel Energy.
What Internet and TV options are available?
240 Park Avenue is proud to partner with Xfinity. All apartment homes are setup with Wi-Fi and TV services, which is included in the monthly utility cost for your apartment. Contact our team for more details.
Do you have an on-site team?
We have professional on-site team members in addition to 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We welcome dogs and cats. There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee per apartment home. There is a monthly pet rent of $50 for 1 pet, $75 for 2 pets, and $100 for 3 pets. 240 Park Avenue has a maximum of three pets per residence and no weight limit. Certain breeds will require a Canine Behavior Assessment on-site with our management team.
Is smoking allowed?
No. We are a smoke-free community.
